Texas notary fees are set by state law. Mobile travel fees are separate from the notarial act and are confirmed before an appointment.

Taking an acknowledgment or proof: $10 for the first signature; $1 for each additional signature
Administering an oath or affirmation: $10
Taking a jurat: $10 for the first signature; $1 for each additional signature
Providing a certified copy: $1 per certified copy
Copying an entry from the notary record book: $1 per page

Extended travel: 16–40 miles outside of downtown Round Rock

Evening & weekend appointments

$75

Travel fee for after-hours or weekend appointments; confirmed in advance.

Notarial fees and any applicable travel fee are discussed and confirmed before travel. Additional services or travel beyond 40 miles may require a custom quote.
