Simple from start to finish

How it works

Scheduling a mobile notary appointment is straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect from your first message to your signed documents.

The process, step by step

Four simple steps to a completed notarization

01

Reach out

Contact me by phone or through the appointment request form. Share a brief description of what you need notarized, your preferred location, and a few time options that work for you.

Phone, text, or online form — whichever is easiest for you.

02

Confirm the details

I'll follow up to confirm your appointment time, location, and the documents involved. We'll also go over any questions you have so you arrive fully prepared.

You'll receive confirmation of your appointment time and location.

03

I come to you

At the scheduled time, I travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or any other convenient location within my service area. No need to rearrange your day.

Available throughout Round Rock and surrounding communities.

04

Documents signed and notarized

I verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply my official notary seal. Your documents are complete and legally notarized before I leave.

Fast, professional, and done right the first time.

What to have ready

How to prepare for your appointment

A little preparation goes a long way. Having the right items ready ensures your appointment runs smoothly and your documents are notarized without delay.

Valid government-issued photo ID

All signers must present a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID must match the name on the documents being notarized.

Your unsigned documents

Do not sign your documents before the appointment. Notarization requires that signatures be made in the notary's presence. Bring all pages of the document, including any attachments.

All required signers present

Every person whose signature needs to be notarized must be physically present at the appointment. Remote or proxy signing is not permitted for notarization.

Payment ready

Notary and travel fees are due at the time of service. Please review the fee schedule on the Services page so there are no surprises.

Common questions

Good to know before your appointment

What if I'm not sure what type of notarization I need?

No problem — just describe the document and what it's for when you reach out. I can help you determine the correct notarization type before your appointment.

Can you come to a hospital, care facility, or nursing home?

Yes. I regularly travel to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes throughout the Round Rock area. Just let me know the location when you schedule.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. I recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred time, especially for time-sensitive documents.

What happens if I have more documents than expected?

Additional notarizations are billed at the standard per-signature rate. If you think you may have more documents than originally discussed, just let me know ahead of time.

Ready to schedule your appointment?

Reach out today and I'll confirm your time, location, and everything you need to bring. Most appointments are available within 24 hours.
